With over three decades of experience, he has held leadership positions including Group General Manager at The Status Club & Resort, General Manager – Operations at The Quarters, General Manager at Palm Greens Club and Resorts, Corporate General Manager at Garge Grand, Patna, and General Manager roles at The Stadel, Hotel Dynasty, Staywell Sharanam Hotels & Resorts, Kwantu Game Reserve, and Shangri-La Hotel & Resort. He has also served as Professor – F&B (Service) at D.Y. Patil University, mentoring future hospitality professionals. His expertise spans overall operations management, P&L oversight, budget planning, revenue optimization, cost control, sales and marketing, business development, banquet and event management, procurement, inventory control, regulatory compliance, team leadership, employee engagement, and stakeholder relationship management. Dr. Bose has successfully executed pre-opening projects, including the launch of a 103-key hotel property in Vrindavan. He is certified in Food Safety Supervision by FSSAI and has completed the "World of Spirits" course from Diageo (Guinness).
